This is Bill Verble responding. We understand your frustration. It is important to update JAQs at this time so that MJRs in your online performance evaluation are accurate when it is released in mid-December. We have been communicating with departments, business officers, and supervisors about the need to update JAQs for several months. The message to employees with the November 27 deadline was the final push in that effort. Many departments have been working with their employees to update JAQs.
