The performance evaluation cycle for UK HealthCare Leadership follows the fiscal year. Performance evaluations typically run during the month of August. Performance evaluations use metrics-based goals, both enterprise-wide and personal, selected by the employee and their supervisor.
A set of behavioral expectations, encompassing UK HealthCare’s shared common goals, is also included and is weighted toward the overalls core. Faculty, physicians and select other employees do not participate in this performance evaluation process.
