Goals

  • Enhance learning of concepts related to the Number and Operations strand of the Mathematics CCSS for students of participating teachers.
  • Enhance participating teachers’ conceptual understanding and pedagogical content knowledge related to Number and Operations as it relates to success in Algebra.
  • Enhance participating teachers’ ability to implement effective mathematics instruction using research-based strategies to prepare students for success in college and/or career.
