Community Services

The Community Services Office acts as a liaison and resource to the University of Kentucky community. This office also conducts an array of current crime prevention and safety instruction to equip the UK community in the protection of their workplace, property, and self.  UK Police believes in a positive community experience through relating, educating, and partnerships, which will create a safer place to live, learn, and work.  Community Services officers are also certified crime prevention specialists equipped to educate, assess crime problems, and recommend sound solutions to reduce or eliminate crime.

The Community Services team is dedicated to provide information to our campus constituents in regards to available police services, and to disseminate important safety information by providing training that is geared toward the needs of our university community, and to help forge a partnership with our University community and its police department to provide better public safety to all.
