Two New Campus DIY Bike Fix-It Stations Installed

Campus cyclists now have access to a total of six do-it-yourself bicycle fix-it stations. Two new free-standing bicycle repair stations were recently added; they are located at W.T. Young Library and near the John W. Oswald Building.

These two new stations and the four existing repair stations - located at Blazer Hall, the College of Nursing, Patterson Drive and the Commons - offer basic bike tools, an air pump and are available 24 hours per day. Each station also includes a sign with links to additional resources and a step-by-step guide to repairing flat tires. The stations were funded by the UK Bicycle Advisory Committee.

For more information about the bicycle fix-it stations, visit www.sustainability.uky.edu/node/289.
