Construction to Temporarily Impact MLK E/R1,
Good Samaritan E Lots

A portion of the Martin Luther King E/R1 lot and a portion of the MLK North E lot (also known as the UK HealthCare Good Samaritan E Lot) will be closed to facilitate subsurface testing July 4-5 and July 9-11. Students and employees who normally park in the impacted lots should allow extra time in arriving to class or work.

Only small sections of each lot will be impacted at any point in time. The testing is not expected to have a negative effect on UK HealthCare Good Samaritan patient and visitor parking in the MLK North E lot.

Visit www.uky.edu/pts/parking-info_parking-maps to view the campus parking map and identify alternate parking locations. The construction work is weather-dependent and the timetable is subject to change.

Members of the campus community are encouraged to tune into 1700 AM (WQKH 253) to hear campus parking and transportation information. The station broadcasts 24 hours, 7 days a week.
