UKHC IT Service Desk is the call center that answers the line when you dial 323-8586. The Service Desk provides Tier 1 technical support services and acts as a single point of contact for all IT requests and incidents and strives to resolve all issues during the first contact.

UKHC IT Field Services maintains and supports desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other end user devices. Field Services offers on-site and remote Tier 2 technical support and guidance.

Do you support Mac equipment?
Yes, We have on-staff Mac expertise and offer support and purchasing for Apple devices where requested.
Do you support personal equipment?
We provide direct support for connecting your device to wireless; helping you with configuration for AirWatch and Email; and helping you install and configure Citrix Receiver.
