CPH IT primarily provides desktop support and IT consultation for the following areas: data management, capital equipment inventory management, poster printing, and laptop and projector short-term loans.
CPH IT serves the University computing needs of CPH students, faculty, and staff and does not support personal computing devices under any circumstance.

How to contact
If you are experiencing difficulties with any college computing device and need to contact CPH IT for assistance, you should create a helpdesk ticket at:
You may need to log in with your link blue ID (mc\username or ad\username) and password. From there, click “Submit a ticket” and fill out the short form. Please include as much information about your problem in the initial request to expedite a resolution to your inquiry. You will get a confirmation email at the creation of the ticket, and will get an email response every time the ticket is updated. Those emails will contain an edit link that will open your helpdesk ticket in your browser to let you communicate with CPH IT.
CPH IT makes a best-effort attempt to respond to all tickets within one business day.
