Alcohol or Drug Policy Violation?
Students who have been mandated to any and/or all of these program must adhere to the following rules:
How to register
Register for your workshop online by clicking the "Registration" link associated with the "Mandated Student" page's drop-down menu. Once you submit the online registration form, you must pay the required fee and sign up for a specific class date, either online or in person at the Johnson Center (located at 177 Johnson Center). Cash or credit card payment only, if paid in person.
If you are paying online, follow this link and then >>> select programs >>> Mandated Workshops >>> Spring semester 2018 >>> select "coach," "drug," or "connect." You should sign in with your linkblue ID.
Program Rules and Regulations
Arrive to your workshop on time. Those who are more than five minutes late will have to reschedule and pay the full price to reschedule.
If you must reschedule your session, we must be notified by the Wednesday before the date of your session. If you fail to reschedule ahead of time and do not attend the class, you will need to repay the fee and reschedule for a new class date. Contact Lindsey Woods (859-323-7480) for any scheduling issues.
Bring your valid Student ID. If you pay or send another student to attend this workshop in your presence, you both will be charged in violation of the Code of Student Conduct.
Any disrespect of your peers or the instructors will not be tolerated and you may be removed from the class. If this happens, you must reschedule and will likely have to visit with a representative from the Office of Student Conduct.
Students who text or sleep during the workshop may be removed from the session and may be subject to the reassessment of a fine.
Students must come to our sessions completely sober.
Any one who does not attend the course will be expected to repay the fee associated with the course.
