• January 5-10 - Wednesday through Monday - Registration for new program graduate students
• January 6-10 - Thursday through Monday - Registration for new postbaccalaureate students
• January 7 - Friday - International Student Advising Conference
• January 10 - Monday - Advising Conference and Registration for new freshman and transfer students who have been cleared for admission but did not priority register including registration for Evening and Weekend
• January 10-11 - Monday and Tuesday - Opening-of-term add/drop for registered students
• January 11 - Tuesday - Last day a student may officially drop a course or cancel registration with the University Registrar for a full refund of fees

• January 22 - Satuday - Payment deadline of registration fees and/or housing and dining fees-if total amount due is not paid as indicated on the account statement, a late payment fee of 1.25 percent of the amount past due will be assessed

• February 10 - Thursday - Last day for filing an application for a May graduate degree in college dean's office
• February 10 - Thursday - Deadline for submission of application and all required documents to the Office of Undergraduate Admission and University Registrar for change of residency status for 2011 Spring Semester
• February 20 – Sunday - Last day for candidates for a December graduate degree to submit an Application for Degree card to receive a Fall 2010 degree

• April 1 - Friday - Last day to withdraw from the University or reduce course load. Students can withdraw or reduce course load after this date only for "urgent nonacademic reasons."
• April 11 - Monday - Deadline for applying for admission to the Graduate School for the 2011 four-week Summer Session
