Summary
The University is required by federal and state law to provide certain information to the public about campus crime. This Regulation implements the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) and the state Michael Minger Act (Minger Act), as amended from time to time. This Regulation reflects changes that became effective July 1, 2010.
