Purchases can be made over the phone, via fax, mail, online or in person.
Payment Options
The SCFA Ticket Office accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Check, UK Plus Account and Gift Certificates.
Refunds
There is a NO REFUND policy at the Singletary Center. Patrons requesting refunds are asked to send their request in writing to the Ticket Office Manager.
All requests for refunds will be turned over to the sponsoring organization for approval and the sponsoring organization is responsible for issuing the appropriate
funds, if necessary.
Exchanges
Patrons may exchange their tickets for tickets of equal or greater value to another performance of the same event. Ticket exchanges across events are not permitted
unless authorized by the sponsoring organization. Ticket exchanges must be made during office hours prior to the date of the first show. A $2 processing fee will
be assessed to the patron.
Lost Tickets
Lost tickets can be replaced at no charge to the patron if they were originally purchased through the SCFA. If it is a "hard ticket" purchased through another
organization, then the patron will need to contact the appropriate organziation.
Child Tickets
All persons attending a ticketed performance, no matter their age, must have a ticket. Many organizations have a special price for children; it is dependent on the
organization not the SCFA.
Turnback Tickets
Patrons may return unused tickets for the Singletary Signature Series to the Ticket Office prior to the performance. SCFA will issue a tax donation
letter to the patron.
