Student Account Services three main areas of responsibility are Student Account, Student Loan, and Student Tax.

• Student Account - Provides services of invoicing and collecting student fees (tuition, room, board, fees), disbursement of student financial aid residual refunds, and customer service for student account inquiries.
• Student Loan - Provides entrance and exit counseling to borrowers of all federal student loan programs (William D. Ford Federal Direct, Perkins, Health Professions, and Nursing), and collects payments and provides customer service for Perkins, Health Professions, Nursing, and Institutional Loan Programs.
• Student Tax - Provides 1098-T forms and detail information to students for the Hope Scholarship or Lifetime Learning Credit.

Please Note: All student account billing statements will be sent via University-assigned e-mail on a monthly basis. Information about e-mail account activation is available at myUK, or go to www.uky.edu and choose link blue and Exchange. Please be sure to check your University-assigned e-mail regularly.

NEW POLICY!

University of Kentucky policy now mandates that all excess financial aid and/or overpayments be electronically transferred by direct deposit to the checking account provided. Direct Deposit supports the Big Blue Goes Green Initiative.
