Spring 2013 Fitness Challenge
The Spring Fitness Challenge runs from January 14-April 5. Fitness Challenge boards are posted in the Johnson Center!
- Fill out a registration slip at the Johnson Center and drop it in the registration box OR click here to access the online registration form!
- Put your name on the Fitness Challenge board in the Johnson Center.
- Log your weekly workouts. You must complete at least four (4) sixty-minute workouts per week. You can workout inside or outside of the Johnson Center! It’s that easy!
