Spring 2013 Fitness Challenge

The Spring Fitness Challenge runs from January 14-April 5. Fitness Challenge boards are posted in the Johnson Center!

Registration Instructions:

  1. Fill out a registration slip at the Johnson Center and drop it in the registration box OR click here to access the online registration form!
  2. Put your name on the Fitness Challenge board in the Johnson Center.
  3. Log your weekly workouts. You must complete at least four (4) sixty-minute workouts per week. You can workout inside or outside of the Johnson Center! It’s that easy!
