Extra Motivation for Spring Break
Usually around this time we see an increase of numbers of students in the JC trying to get a fresh start to the new year. For many, this lasts maybe two weeks then dies away. So how can you stay motivated until spring break, which is a good seven weeks away? Register for the BUILD YOUR BOD program!
What you have to do:
1) Sign up at www.tinyurl.com/
2) Complete 3 fitness classes from each area of your body for a total of 18 classes (approximately 2-3 classes per week)
3) Have instructor stamp your card after each class. Turn in your completed card by March 10.
4) Win prizes and see the difference in your body!
*each participant will receive a Campus Rec. water bottle and an entry into the GRAND PRIZE drawing for chances to win free training sessions, UK apparel, and gift cards
