Get in Shape this Summer

Although many students who head home for the summer don’t want to pay for a three-month gym membership, there are other ways to keep you going without the expensive machinery.  Since it’s warm outside, look at lacing up those shoes and going for a nice jog.  Hop on your bike and see new areas.  Dive in the pool and get in a swim workout.  Grab some friends and play some pickup games. 

Every August we hear students saying they are happy to be back so that they can get back in their routine shape.  The truth is, whereas we may have a gym, there are so many options to stay in shape this summer so that it isn’t so difficult when classes start.  Plus, we have a list of exercises you can do right at your home.
