Inspiration and Perspiration

In the beginning of the semester, candidates in the Time to Change program were paired with personal trainers and set in on a tough and remarkable journey.  Each week throughout the semester, they will meet twice for an hour and workout according to the schedule the trainer has prepared specifically for his group.  They then will log their meals and weigh themselves to determine their progress.

UK Campus Recreation has been fortunate enough to follow 3 participants this year and personally catch their evolvement throughout the program.  Check out this video below to follow Justin, Briana, and Katie through the first two weeks, and be sure to follow them in weeks following.  Hey, maybe we will even have a space for you to write motivational comments and keep them working hard!
