THE SUFFERFEST is a video based cycling class designed to make boredom and lackluster workouts a thing of the past.

This series is the HARDEST, MOST EXCITING, MOST GET ON YOUR BIKE & SUFFER YOUR BUTT OFF cycling training in the world!

WORKOUT TIMES FOR THE SUFFERFEST 

EACH WORKOUT WILL BE REPEATED THREE TIMES A WEEK FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK, IN CASE YOUR ARE MAKING EXCUSES.
