Deans, Provost Staff, faculty, and professional staff across the University are challenged to improve UK's first-year retention rate and six-year graduation rate dramatically. The University of Kentucky must provide opportunities for potential students to attain a bachelor's degree. Students must understand the preparation necessary for success at UK. Additionally, students should be able to identify opportunities for advanced programming on campus and opportunities to begin the path towards academic success prior to arriving at UK.
