Every spring one rising sophomore is selected to write and deliver a speech at the annual New Student Induction Ceremony, which is held the first Saturday of K Week. This is the chance to share your experience about transitioning to college, offer advice to new students, and pass on a few words of wisdom. It is a fantastic way to gain public speaking experience.
