Other Superfund Research Programs
The UK-SRC RTC has collaborated in the past with several other SRP's including Brown, the University of California at Davis, Dartmouth, Duke, Iowa, Louisiana State University, University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. These collaborations have resulted in joint research projects, invited guest speakers as part of our monthly seminar series, sample analyses, joint programming for federal government audiences, and conference collaborations.
UC Davis: Nanoparticle Research
Dr. Bhattacharyya and Dr. Ormsbee have collaborated with Dr. David Sedlak with the UC Davis Superfund Center on research related to groundwater remediation methods involving iron oxide nanoparticles. This research has resulted in the following publications:

University of Miami, Ohio: Fighting with Food
Dr. Lisa Gaetke, Dr. Bernhard Hennig and Dr. Lindell Ormsbee have collaborated with Dr. Susan Hershberger and researchers from the University of Miami, Ohio as part of innovative program called Fighting With Food: Good nutrition to battle environmental toxicants.
