IT Customer Experience Operations Group 

The Customer Experience Operations group (CEOG) provides a front door into UKIT to help the University community obtain IT services and ensure the quality of the service delivery. CEOG also facilitates communications between the University community and UKIT staff. Our customers include students, faculty, and staff. The areas in the CEOG include the Service Desk (help desk), Student Computing, AV Classroom support, and Desktop Technical Services.

The EA team is tasked with setting directions and make recommendations for UK's IT infrastructure including hardware, operating systems, networks, databases, security and infrastructure services, as well as components, data, and the development tools. The group also coordinates the timely and smooth migration of UK's infrastructure and promotes an understanding of the current architecture.
