IT Customer Experience Operations Group
The Customer Experience Operations group (CEOG) provides a front door into UKAT to help the University community obtain IT services and ensure the quality of the service delivery. CEOG also facilitates communications between the University community and UKAT staff. Our customers include students, faculty, and staff. The areas in the CEOG include the Service Desk (help desk), Student Computing, AV Classroom support, and Desktop Technical Services.

The group also coordinates the timely and smooth migration of UK's infrastructure and promotes an understanding of the current architecture.
