UKAT offers walk-in support in several locations across campus through our student labs. Including our newest location in the basement of the W.T. Young library Tech Help @ The Hub. These walk-in locations can help you with various services such as account activation and software assistance.
Confused about how to setup your link blue account? Not sure how your email works? Not sure what a UEA is and why you need one? Answers to these and other questions are available at Tech Help @ The Hub, the new walk-in support location brought to you by UKAT and the W.T. Young library. Experts explain your UEA, but also help setup email delivery to your smartphone. We are located in the basement of the W.T. Young library, inside the Student Computer Lab on the left.
