The Academic Technology Group provides limited web design and development for academic and research purposes on a first-come, first served basis. Users seeking web development for administrative sites or in a time frame not possible due to current commitments should refer to the UK Purchasing Approved Vendors list for web development at http://www.uky.edu/Purchasing/webdevelopment.htm
We focus our efforts in the following areas:
Course Websites (websites in support of specific courses)
We will guide instructors, or direct them to those that can, in utilizing Blackboard and other technologies to aid in their teaching efforts.
Research Websites (websites in support of UK's research mission)
On a first-come, first-served basis we will work with users in order to select a web development technology (HTML, PHP, SharePoint, etc.) that will best suit their project needs. This can range from simple product selection, through end product design and implementation depending on the user’s needs, their requirements, and Academic Technology’s ability to execute.
Academic Community Websites (websites in support of UK's academic mission)

Former Site Lab Customers
We will work with former customers of the UKIT Sitelab to identify technologies or vendors that can continue to meet their current needs.
