Change a Posted Document (FB02)

Use FB02 to change a posted GL document. Two fields – text and assignment – can be changed.

Enter FB02 in the Command field on the SAP Easy Access screen.

Initial Screen
Company Code	Enter UK00.
Document Number	Enter the document number or use the button to find a number.
Fiscal Year	Enter the current fiscal year.

Press Enter or click the icon.

Double-click on appropriate line item.

Change the assignment number as needed.

Change the line item text as needed.

Click the icon.
