SAP Business Workflow is a capability that automates business processes to improve the efficiency and performance of those processes. Workflows guide the different parts of a process through the organization to ensure that the right work reaches the right person at the right time.

Workflows improve the process of gathering approvals and reduce costs by eliminating manual effort in moving paper around campus. Workflows also provide time savings and better management of approval flows including approval metrics.
