A campus-wide EndNote site license allows all current
University of Kentucky faculty, students, and staff
to download EndNote X6

• Vista (32-/64-bit)
• Windows® XP (service pack 3)

Macintosh:

• Mac OS X (10.6.8x, 10.7.x, 10.8x)
• Intel-based Macintosh

Steps for Windows installation

1. Find Endnote at download.uky.edu >> Search for "EndNote"

2. Click download and click install

3. Click "accept" for "EndNote X6 Volume License Version"
No license code or Serial Number entry needed.

Click "I accept the License agreement"

Click radial button "typical"

Click "Ready to Install the Application"

If you have Microsoft Word or Outlook running on your machine, you will need to close those applicaitons before finishing the install.

Update System (this may take a few seconds)

Final step of EndNote X6 Setup.....success!

"Do you want to allow the following program to install software on this computer?" Click yes
