SUBMITTING ASSIGNMENTS VIA E-MAIL
In addition to any comments or questions you may have concerning this course, you now have the option of submitting
assignments via e-mail. All course-related e-mail messages and assignments should be sent to:
ISTUDY@UKY.EDU
It's important that you list the course number, your name, enrollment ID, and assignment number on the subject line of
your message like this:
Subject: ENG252, Your Name, Enrollment ID, Assignment #
Assignments and/or messages that do not follow this format may be delayed.
If you're submitting an assignment via e-mail, it's best to embed your assignment in simple ASCII format in your e-mail
message. You can compose your assignment off-line on your word processor and then paste it into the message section of your
e-mail program. See your program's documentation for the correct copy and paste commands.
Avoid using special formatting characters (i.e. bold, italics, etc.) or colors within your message. Though this might make
the message look good on your computer, chances are my computer will just see it as an unreadable mess, especially if you're
using something other than Eudora as your e-mail program.
Do not send more than one assignment per e-mail message.
Do not attach files to your e-mail messages. Problems with attached files include viruses, incompatible file formats, and
file corruption. Messages with files attached will not be processed.
Spelling, grammar, typographic, and other errors will count the same as they would in a regular lesson. Neatness, and
readability are always important.
Never send your lessons directly to your instructor. Always use the address indicated above. Failure to follow these
directions may cause delays in processing your assignments.
Always keep a copy of your assignments. Computers crash and even e-mails get lost sometimes.
