Key deadline dates to remember:Notecards due at the beginning of each class with assigned readings.
February 7 -- Field Trip to U.K. Special Collections and Archives; meet in the lobby of
M.I.King Library South at the beginning of regular class time.
February 21 -- Project Topic Sheet due (Question of Interest, Primary Sources to Investigate - one paragraph).
March 6 -- Project Prospectus due (5 pages).
March 20 -- Annotated Bibliography due (10-15 sources with comments on how you think they are useful to your topic. Be sure to use FirstSearch book review digest search engine).
April 3 -- 3 copies of Rough Draft due.
April 24 -- Make personal appointment with me sometime that week to clarify changes to make to rough draft.
May 5 --Final Draft (and self-addressed mailing packet) due in my mailbox 16th floor POT no later than 10:00 AM. Those who wish to compete for the KATH writing awards should submit four copies, three of which will be submitted to KATH.
