Tool 1: Enter the horizontal vertical components for the velocity of the basketball and see if you can make the shot. This widget has a game like feel, but can be used to explore a number of math/science concepts. Designed by Fayette County Teacher |

Tool 2: Drag the weight on the right side by clicking and holding the the handle. Adjust the magnitude of the weight by clicking the up/down arrows above it. This has the same level of technical complexity as the first tool, but it is a very different animal. It's primary design is to illustrate a concept (that's not bad, just very different).
