If you are a student who does not have an e-mail address, click the above link to an on-line form that will let you obtain one. NOTE: In order to use this form, you will need to have (1) your Student ID Number and (2) Your Personal Account Code (PAC) that you obtained when you registered through the UK-VIP phone registration system. (Your initial PAC number is your birth month and day; however, that will not work with the e-mail request form. If you need to change this number, call 257-7000 and change it to any 4 digit number you will remember.) If you have forgotten your PAC number, you will need to go to the Registrar's Office in Room 10 Funkhouser Building with a picture ID to obtain it.

After completing the e-mail application, use the "Back" feature on your Web browser to return to this page.

If you are not a student, see the instructor for information about obtaining an e-mail address. You cannot apply for an e-mail address on-line at this time.
