Co-Researcher (2004-05), with Dr. James Hertog on the WMMT-FM Audience Analysis Project. Responsible for designing the focus group protocol, conducting focus groups, writing reports, and making recommendations for programming and fund raising for the non-commercial "Mountain Radio Station" at Appalshop, Whitesburg, KY.

Regular guest commentator (2004-present) on telecommunications technology and music for The Andy Finn Show, a broadcast, cable, and Internet radio talk show originating on WEBR in Fairfax, Virginia.

Participant in the design and production of the e-chronicle, an experimental multimedia information delivery service incorporating text, graphics, audio and video. Produced at the annual workshop of the Society for Newspaper Design, October, 1994.
