Abbreviations
This feature allows comprehensive searches for all scribal abbreviations or searches by specific type of abbreviation - macron for m, macron for ne, miscellaneous uses of macron, crossed thorn, crossed h, roman numeral, rune, and ampersand.

Accented Letters
This feature retrieves all words with acute marks.

Additions

Scribal additions are recorded by MS folio and line number, followed by letter or letters added, with information, where appropriate, on scribe, location, and method.

Here the highlighted result shows that the second scribe added an 'a' above the line using a stroke beneath original 'e' to mark both insertion of 'a' and deletion of 'e'.

Alterations

Scribal alterations are recorded by MS folio and line number, followed by letter or letters altered, letter or letters they replaced, how, and by whom.

This result shows that in line 14 on folio 152r the first scribe altered 'f' to 'b' by overwriting.

Covered and Partly Covered Letters
These searches return comprehensive lists of letters and parts of letters covered by the paper frames but disclosed by fiber-optic backlighting. For details see the notes and illustrations for individual folios.

A search for covered letters shows that on 129v2 the 'g' in gesižas is only covered rather than gone.

A search for partly covered letters shows that 'e' in the same word is partly covered. The backlit image for 129v2 reveals what is covered and what is partly covered.
