On March 16th at about 9PM three women were arrested at the Bluegrass Army Depot Truck gate.

The woc-cky three are:

We face three state charges, with a maximum total sentence of 6 months in jail and/or 750.00 fine. We will be tried in Federal court, due to concurrent jurisdiction. The charges are that we did:

1) individually obstruct the truck access entrance, a public passage, to Bluegrass Army Depot when having no legal privilege to do so intentionally rendering the truck access entrance impassable, without unreasonable inconvenience or hazard in violation of K.R.S. 525.140;

2) criminally trespass by knowingly remaining unlawfully in and upon the truck access entrance to the Bluegrass Army Depot when requested to leave by Deputy United States Marshal in violation of K.R.S. 511.080;

3)individually, participated with two (2) or more persons in a course of disorderly conduct likely to cause substantial harm or seroius inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, and intentionally refused to disperse when ordered to do so by a Deputy United States Marshal engaged in executing or enforcing the law in violation of K.R.S. 525.160

Our pretrial hearing is scheduled for Friday March 21 at 9:00 AM.
