In order to view the PowerPoint slide files, your computer must have either
  1. Microsoft's full, commercial PowerPoint product, or
  2. the free, stand-alone PowerPoint Viewer.
If the computer you are using does not have the PowerPoint Viewer installed as a helper application in your browser, you can download the free viewer directly from Microsoft. To do so, simply click on the appropriate platform below.

Windows 3.1 Viewer   (1.8 MB)
Windows 95 and Windows NT Viewer (2.8 MB)
Macintosh Viewer (640 K)

After downloading the appropriate version of the viewer to a Windows 95, Windows NT, or Macintosh computer, just double click the file icon to begin the setup and then follow the directions. On a Windows 3.1 machine, double click the file in the File Manager and follow the setup routine.

This setup only takes a couple of minutes. You will not need to repeat the steps the next time you need to view a PowerPoint file.

If you have the full commercial version of PowerPoint, feel free to download the slide files and alter them to suit your own classroom or presentational needs.
