Personality
& Psychopathology Lab at the Welcome to the web site for the study of personality and
psychopathology at the Our laboratory is concerned with the diagnosis and
classification of personality disorders. We are interested in the
intersection between general personality functioning and psychopathology,
particularly the integration of the dimensional, five-factor model of
personality with the American Psychiatric Association’s personality disorder
categories. We also conduct research on gender differences and gender bias in
the diagnosis and assessment of personality disorders. We are currently conducting a number of research projects. For
more information, you can go to the projects link. Recent publications from
this lab are located in the publications link. There are also links for
information on the supervising psychologist, Dr. Widiger and the graduate
students involved with this lab. |
