"The Trip with Clay Gaunce"

NOW STREAMING LIVE ONLINE

Welcome to the home page for "The Trip with Clay Gaunce", the progressive rock radio show heard live every Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on WRFL in Lexington, Kentucky. It's the only program of its kind in the central Kentucky area, and was among only a handful of such programs worldwide when it began in 1996. Definitive sources for the show include Genesis, King Crimson, The Soft Machine, Yes, Gentle Giant, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, and, of course, Frank Zappa. Since progressive rock is by its very nature both innovative and timeless, many of the poseurs and bombasts comprising the current prog-rock movement are included. If you're interested in having your band's music heard on the program, the shipping address is "The Trip with Clay Gaunce", WRFL, University of Kentucky, POB 777, Lexington, KY 40506-0025.
