USA, Louisiana - July 13th, 2007 (Joe Omielan) - Project Update
The plots were planted on April 20, 2007 using the same varieties as last year. They were DP 4331RR (Group IV indeterminate) and P95M80 (Group V determinate). Early season growth was good with adequate moisture, as can be seen in the photo of the plots below.
Dr. Jim Board traveled to the University of Kentucky where he presented a seminar to the Department and visited the plots there. In the photo below, from left to right: Elena, Jim, and Saratha.
