	Dr. Tingsu Chen (Post-Doctoral Researcher)     My research focus is on identifying protein targets in Arabidopsis thaliana seeds that are highly susceptible to the formation of isoaspartate and excellent substrates for one of the AtPIMT isoforms. I use aged phage display libraries to perform biopanning using recombinant AtPIMT protein. I have verified that this approach works and have several protein targets selected from the libraries that I am working with in recombinant form, trying to identify function and significance.
