Pesticide Applicator Training Information Management

Annual PATIM Database Call-in
August and September are usually very quiet months for pesticide applicator training and provides a good time for general "housekeeping chores". Please send in a copy of the current PATIM database file according to the schedule below. The databases will be checked for incomplete records and other minor maintenance that is needed prior to the required state and federal reports.

After submitting your database, you will receive a reply from us in about 2 days.

Please submit your database the last week of August or the first week of September. Every county needs to send in their database, even if no information has been added.

*Please purge the database to remove expired certificates and delete any blank records.*

Steps to follow when sending in the database:

• make a backup copy of the database on a separate diskette
  
• send a copy of the file by Pegasus to patim@uky.edu
  
• assume that we received the database unless we call you
  
• do not add any new applicators to your database until you hear from us. You will get a message that everything is all right or get a repaired database in about 2 days.
