Group Coaching

Group Coaching offers small groups of 3-8 students the opportunity to connect and learn with each other as they cultivate the skills needed to be successful in and outside of the classroom. Group Coaching sessions are flexible in terms of their focus, working to meet each students’ needs by covering topics such as: tips for successful online learning, developing study skills, time management, overcoming procrastination, stress reduction, increasing motivation, managing test anxiety, building a community on campus, and much more.

Anyone is welcome to sign up for a group coaching session. Virtual sessions take place on Tuesdays from 6-7:00 p.m. EST  via Zoom. Instructions to sign up for a group coaching session can be found here:

Is your organization or club interested in Group Coaching? 

Our academic coaches are available to conduct Group Coaching sessions tailored to your students’ needs. Examples of support that Group Coaching can provide could look like: increasing your new members GPA through study habits, coaching your E-Board members on time management or stress reduction, or general coaching around topics such as procrastination, online learning, or motivation.
