Blackboard Service Requests
This form may be used to submit requests to combine or cross-list existing courses, or give users special roles in a course, such as secondary instructors, course builders, or graders. If you are seeking technical support, or have a different type of request, please contact the UKIT Service Desk directly for assistance.
For security purposes, requests related to existing Blackboard courses must come from the SAP instructor of record (the instructor listed in the registrar's schedule), course director, or dean of the department. If you are not authorized to request the desired change, please ask an authorized user to submit this form for you. Requests that do not come from an authorized person will be delayed while the primary instructor is contacted for approval.
