UK Postal Services
The University of Kentucky operates a U.S. Postal Service contract station at two locations on campus:
- M63 Chandler Medical Center - Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- 21A Whitehall Classroom Building - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Distribution Center and Bulk Mail are located at 1247 Versailles Road (Vaughn Warehouse).

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. A driver's license, UKID, or a Personal I.D. is required with a check.
Stamped mail going out must be received by 2:30 p.m. at M63 Chandler Medical Center and by 3:00 p.m. at the 21AWhitehall Classroom Building in order to be postmarked that same day.
Delivery of mail on campus is once a day, Monday through Friday.
Outgoing mail should have proper paperwork at time of pick-up:
Meter card (Domestic, International, UPS)
- Forms (International - Parcel, packages)
Mail pick-up on campus limited to a maximum load of 6 white tubs or 6 letter trays. Mail that exceeds this limit, please call the Post Office at (859) 257-6358.
Accountable mail is received daily from the United States Postal Services (USPS). This mail is signed for when delivered to the Campus Post Office, signed for by addressee (recipient) and/or picked up at the Campus Post Office.
