Qualls, Saeed win Oswald Research and Creativity Awards

The University of Kentucky Office for Undergraduate Research has recognized two BAE undergraduate students with awards in the 2016 Oswald Research and Creativity Competition, Physical and Engineering Sciences category. The Oswald Award Program promotes creativity and scholarship by undergraduate students, and provides annual awards in seven categories. Submissions are submitted without names or other identifying information so they can be judged blind.

'2017 Classic Farm Tractors' calendar now available

The “2017 Classic Farm Tractors” calendars are available from the Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering Student Branch. With a $6 donation, you will receive one; with a donation of $10 (or more, in $5 increments) you will receive two (or more) calendars. The mailing fee for one is $4, and $8 for two or more. Morales, Stivers selected for College of Engineering Leadership Course

Two BAE undergraduate students, Maria Morales and Coleman Stivers, have been selected to participate in the 2017 EGR 599 Leadership Course. This is the first time juniors have been considered for the prestigious program, and out of 51 applicants, only 15 were selected. Both Morales and Stivers expect to graduate in 2018.
