The Dimensions are more than just a team of superheroes, they're also friends, bandmates, and a representation of the SAMHSA-supported 8 Dimensions of Wellness. This comic book series is based on real research with an aim to make learning fun!

 

Studies have shown 8 benefits of adopting a practice of meditation. These include increased academic success, improved mental health, possible decreased substance abuse, and addiction, increased confidence, better sleep, greater efficiency, improved physical health, and heightened focus in class. With these benefits, why not try?

These days, it is easy to become addicted to nicotine by using e-cigarettes (JUUL), snus, and other nicotine products as well. If you are in that 70% who wants to quit, we have tips to help you quit.
