Winter Break Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness provides group motivation and accountability along with the many benefits of physical activity. Join other UK faculty, staff, and students for free, virtual group fitness classes provided by UK Campus Recreation. Choose from a variety of classes including yoga, kickboxing, HIIT, hip hop cardio and more. These classes will run throughout UK's winter break, November 30 - January 22. BH WELL's very own Dr. LeeAnne Walmsley will teach the KORU meditation class on Thursdays at 12:45 PM. Registration is required for each class.
