100% Smoke-free Workplace and Enclosed Public Places. All enclosed public places and places of employment including facilities and vehicles owned, leased or operated by the City; includes private clubs and enclosed residential facilities such as nursing homes. E-cigarettes included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as licensed childcare, adult day care or health care facility, and except in private or semi-private rooms in nursing homes; outdoor areas of enclosed places where smoking is prohibited if at a reasonable distance from outside entrances, operable windows, and ventilation systems.
