Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as a childcare, adult day care, or health-related purposes; designated, contiguous hotel and motel smoking rooms, provided areas are isolated and ventilated so smoke does not infiltrate into areas where smoking is prohibited; private clubs; facilities that house federal prisoners; and areas in nursing homes and long term care facilities, provided these areas are isolated and ventilated so smoke does not infiltrate areas where smoking is prohibited.
