100% Smoke-free Workplaces and Enclosed Public Places. All places of employment including facilities and vehicles owned, leased or operated by the Owsley County Fiscal Court and all outdoor places of employment where two or more employees are required to be. All enclosed public places including outdoor seating or serving areas of restaurants, bars, and gambling facilities, outdoor shopping malls including parking structures, outdoor arenas, stadiums and amphitheaters, recreational areas including parking lots, service lines, public transportation stations and platforms, and residential common areas. E-cigarettes and hookah included.
Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as a licensed childcare, adult day care, or health care facility.
