Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as a childcare, adult day care, health care facility, or as a place of business in which business invitees and/or employees may be present; up to 25% of hotel and motel rooms rented to guests: all smoking rooms on the same floor must be contiguous and smoke from these rooms must not infiltrate areas where smoking is prohibited; outdoor areas of places of employment.
