Where smoking is not prohibited
Private residences except when used as licensed childcare, adult day care or health care facility; private clubs that employ from within or whose only employees are member volunteers, except when members from the general public are invited into such clubs; outdoor areas of enclosed places where smoking is prohibited if at least three feet from outside entrances, operable windows, and ventilation systems.
